Description |
Tall green glass Bass & Co's Pale Ale beer bottle. The bottle has a two part top that tapers to a 6cm neck that gently flares down to a round body. The bottom of the bottle has a 0.5 cm rim/ridge. The top of the bottles has a 1.5 cm opening. The front of the bottle has two labels adhered to it - large oval company/product label (red triagle in the cetner with "Bass & Co's Pale Ale" arched over a signature and "Bottled by C.Machen & Hudons Greater Howard Street Liverpool" underneath - all on a patterned background with a patterned border - see image 4) and small partial red rectangle label with "To have ale clear, pla / on end for some days, / the cork carefully" in white lettering. |
