Description |
Deborah Young’s white nurse’s cap. The cap consists of a rectangular front with angled sides and a domed body. The front of the cap has a 1 cm thick black line or band 0.5 cm from the top. The top of the body has several pleats that give it its shape. The front of the cap is pinned to the sides of the body with small straight pins, allowing it to stay upright. "Deborah Young" is written black capital letters on the interior band of the front of the cap. The hat is made of starched linen and has something staining and discoloration throughout. |
