Description |
Ski area pennant for Red Mountain Ski Club. Was a souvenir that people could buy. The flag is in a triangle shape and is made of red felt. Printed on the felt is "CANADA/ RED MTN. SKI CLUB". "CANADA" is printed vertically. The print is in good conditioning and only missing tiny bits of the paint The end of the flag is trimmed with yellow felt. The yellow is fairly discolored and dirty looking which is not as noticeable with the red felt. The left end of the flag has two felt fabric loops stitched into it. The right end of the flag has a bit of a kink in the fabric suggesting that it was folded at one point. The loops on the left end have similar kinks so they too may have been folded. The backside of the flag has nothing on it and does not have the yellow trim. Stitching is visible on the back of the flag. |
