Description |
Circular red, white, blue, and gold 1967 Camp Rory patch. The centre of the patch has a stylized blue five-point leaf with a gold clover in the centre. The top three points of the leaf has a gold "C" in it, while the bottom left has "19" and the bottom right has "67". "CAMP RORY" is in red lettering with a gold border across the bottom of the patch. A red scalloped border completes the patch. |

Rossland’s first Guide troop formed in 1934, with weekly meetings at the St. Andrew’s Church. Teaching leadership and other life skills, guiding became a weekly activity for young girls. The Guide’s camp, Camp Rory was built in 1938 and is still used by regional troops today. |
