A binder containing 21 maps, 33 stope records and one loose sheet regarding the 5th level of the War Eagle Mine. Most of the maps are made of grey drafting linen and show individual stopes. However, the two extra long maps at the front of the binder are made of paper and are folded to fit into the binder. The large maps depict the fifth level. All the pages are the same size unless listed otherwise. The binder has four rings with two sheet lifters and a black faux leather cover. A label reading, "W.E. 50" is attached to the front cover with aging tape. The number "13" has been drawn with pencil near the upper right corner of the front cover and both the bottom and the top of the spine. A square of red tape is also located on the upper right corner at the front cover. On the inside of the back cover and both the bottom and the top of the back cover, a sticker is present which reads, "C.P. Foster & Co. Limited Commercial Stationers" and "To Duplicate Order Number 803". A gold-coloured stamp is also present, which reads, "The Canadian Loose Leaf Ring Bind 803".
